Calvin Laliberte is a multifaceted designer and illustrator whose attention to detail and passion for creating beautiful images have been utilized across numerous industries.

Initially a dress designer by trade, Calvin is experienced in commercial, contemporary, and luxury women’s wear design. His illustrative skill has also been employed within various other markets, including tech, retail, and real estate. Calvin’s graphic design work often marries hand-drawn conception with digital execution in order to convey a unique style and point of view. Likewise, his critical eye and digital proficiency have established niche success in creating composite renderings and photographic retouching for marketing content within the commercial real estate industry.

Calvin attended Parsons School of Design, majoring in the BFA Fashion Design program while concentrating on various Illustration electives as well.

He draws inspiration from science fiction and fairy tales, animation, film, and the performing arts. With a love for music, mermaids, and most things that glitter and shine, some of Calvin’s defining idols include the Spice Girls and characters from Sailor Moon. Fulfilling a personal dream, he was able to meet Britney Spears in 2016 and gift her an illustration. Calvin aspires to most all forms of creative expression, gaining further satisfaction from both writing and acting as well. His favorite color is metallic olive green.

He currently divides his time between Boston and New York City.
